- Delivery arrangement is to be make within 3-5 working days upon phone confirmation by us unless otherwise stated.
- We will try our best to accommodate your request of time of delivery.
- We reserve our right to change the delivery date/time should there be any unforeseen circumstances.
- A $30 delivery surcharge applies for bulky items or to locations where staircases have to be used
- Delivery surcharge maybe applicable to certain zones such as Sentosa island, military zone, shipyards and airport zones etc.
- Should there be any damage/defects of the product when delivered, please inform the delivery team immediately, we would arrange for an exchange of the items or the damaged portion soonest possible.
